Oakwood Heights Village is seeking an experienced Weekend Baylor RN Supervisor to lead the nursing team in Oil City, PA. This role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality resident care on a consistent weekend schedule.

You will supervise staff, provide clinical guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, assist with admissions and discharges, and coordinate with physicians and families. A PA license and strong decision-making skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
