TransitionsHealthcare Allen's Cove is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Pennsylvania. Weekend Baylor RN roles include 32 hours with pay for 40, plus full-time options from Monday to Friday 2pm–10pm. Competitive wages based on experience and position selected.

The ideal candidate holds an active PA RN license, CPR and AED certification, and 2+ years in long-term care or skilled nursing. Join us for a supportive, resident-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with PA
• Minimum 2 years in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing preferred
• CPR and AED certification

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and help develop/implement individualized care plans
• Complete clinical documentation and regulatory paperwork promptly
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy, dietary, social services and other team members
• Communicate changes in resident condition to care team and physicians
• Manage admissions/readmissions and coordinate medication orders as appropriate
• Document progress, interventions and observations accurately
• Provide routine rounds to monitor resident condition and safety
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to promote teamwork
• Respond to emergencies and ensure infection control compliance
