Timberlyn Heights is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for Weekend Baylor Nurse responsibilities. Weekend shifts are two 12-hour sessions, paid for 32 hours, with option to add a weekday 8-hour shift to reach full-time benefits.

We offer shift differentials for 3pm–11pm and 11pm–7am, along with health insurance, a 401k, and paid time off. Join a team caring for older adults and supporting their physical and psychosocial needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Federal, State requirements and licensure expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents using assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care delivery.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and monitor changes in condition.
