Job summary
Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for our Weekend Baylor Program. You will work three 12-hour shifts each week, including Saturdays and Sundays, totaling 36 hours.
Eligible staff will receive a Baylor payout per pay period when program requirements are met. Must be in good standing as an LPN and meet attendance and scheduling requirements.

- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing.
- Must work the required 36 hours per week.
- Must meet all eligibility, attendance, and scheduling requirements for the pay cycle.
