Eden Nursing & Rehabilitation in Brackenridge, PA is seeking a compassionate Baylor CNA to join our weekend team. This full-time role runs Saturdays and Sundays from 7am to 11pm, with BAYLOR BONUS offered for eligible staff.

As a Baylor CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, provide basic nursing care under the direction of licensed nurses, and contribute to care planning as part of an interdisciplinary team. We value teamwork, empathy, and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Current Baylor CNA certification in Pennsylvania.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming residents.
• Provide basic nursing care and assist with medical procedures as directed by licensed nurses.

• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of care plans.
