Job summary

Rust-Oleum is looking for a Batchmaker in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota to produce paint and related products. You will be operating machines to mix materials and ensuring quality throughout the production process.

This full-time position involves working Friday through Sunday, with a pay rate of $26.66/hour and a weekend shift differential. After 30 days, you’ll be eligible for an extensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of production experience.
• Able to read batch tickets and prepare labels for products.
• Able to operate high-speed dispersers and other operating equipment.
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Produce paint and related products.
• Set up, operate, and tend machines.
• Monitor and control equipment to ensure quality.
• Clean work area and maintain safety standards.
