Capital City Club in Brookhaven, GA is seeking a part-time Bartender for our banquet department. The role focuses on delivering exceptional food, drink, and service in a non-tipping environment with a guaranteed wage. The position requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience; private clubs experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Stocks bar daily and maintains organization/cleanliness. Prepares garnishes and pre-mixed drinks before opening bar.
• Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy, upholding Club standards.
• Works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Attends staff meetings and training as required.
• Continually practices beverage and revenue control procedures.
• Completes other appropriate work assignments as requested by supervisor.
• Greets members by name and provides a warm welcome to ensure a premium experience.
