Responsibilities

• Stock bar daily and maintain organization and cleanliness.
• Prepare garnishes, fruit mixes and pre-mixed drinks before opening.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Attend staff meetings and training as required.
• Provide beverage service that meets club standards and guest expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, daily features and specials.

We are currently looking for pm weekend bartenders. This position is in our banquet department, where the expectation is that members and guests will be provided with exceptional food, drink, and service - an all-around world-class experience.

We are a non-tipping environment, so we offer a competitive guaranteed wage which allows our staff to focus on providing premium service levels. Our team also enjoys free meals while on duty, free parking, free work uniforms and uniform laundering, employee recognition opportunities, and employee appreciation events.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work independently and cohesively as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum two years of bartending experience. Experience in private clubs a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision

WORK SCHEDULE

Shifts vary, but applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is part time.

Key Responsibilities

• Stocks bar daily and maintains organization/cleanliness. Prepares garnishes, fruit mixes, and pre-mixed drinks prior to opening bar
• Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency, upholding Club standards and adhering to recipes
• Works in fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
• Attends all staff meetings, including pre-shift sessions, and training as required
• Continually practices beverage and revenue control procedures
• Completes other appropriate work assignments as requested by supervisor
• Works closely with multiple teams and teammates to fulfill and exceed member expectations
• Provides excellent food and beverage service to members and guests, always ensuring satisfaction
• Maintains and displays complete and comprehensive knowledge of menus, including daily features and specials
• Follows daily opening/closing procedures, complete daily checklists, and execute day-to-day operations relatively independently
• Becomes familiar with members' names and greets them accordingly, providing a warm welcome that will make them feel right at home
• Assists fellow team members to provide unique, personalized service that cannot be found anywhere else!
