Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service to customers in person or over the phone.

• Stay informed about bakery products, pricing, and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness of bakery areas and displays.
• Support bakers and decorators as needed, including deliveries and prep for sale.
• Assist with basic baking tasks when assigned.
