Job summary

Richcroft is hiring a Direct Support Professional for overnight weekend shifts in Baltimore County/Buckhorn to provide hands-on care for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role includes assisting with daily activities, personal care, and community engagement, with responsibilities spanning documentation and medication recording where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Current driver’s license (not provisional) with less than 3 points on driving record.
• Must be able to transport people supported as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with participation and exploration of the community.
• Cultivate and expand independent living skills.
• Assist with personal hygiene, activities/outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.
• Assist with development of meaningful and personal relationships.
• Complete required documentation (incident reports, progress notes, behavior data, fire drills).
• Administer and record medications per state and agency requirements.
