Richcroft in Carroll County/Arnold, MD seeks a Full-Time Awake Over Night Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with personal hygiene, outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.

Shift Friday 11p-8a, Saturday 10p-8a, Sunday 10p-9a, with a $23/hr rate ($22 base plus $1 weekend differential).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current driver’s license with minimal points.
• Must be able to transport clients safely.
• Some lifting and transferring may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with participation and exploration of the community.
• Cultivate and expand independent living skills.
• Assist with personal hygiene, activities/outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.
• Assist with the development of meaningful and personal relationships.
• Complete required documentation (e.g., incident reports, progress notes, behavior data, fire drills).
• Administer and record medications per state and agency requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
