Job summary

Eaton is seeking an ATS Assembler for the weekend shift (3:30pm–2am) in North Carolina. You will perform winding, assembly, wiring and copper operations to produce sub-assemblies and final control equipment, check performance, and prepare products for shipping.

The role requires lifting up to 35 pounds, strict attention to safety, and the ability to work with wiring diagrams and Bill of Materials. Overtime work, team collaboration, and a safe work environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 35 pounds repeatedly.
• Demonstrated safe work habits and adherence to safety rules.
• Ability to work overtime on weekdays and weekends.
• Willingness to follow detailed wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Capable of using Microsoft Office and internet tools to document work.

Responsibilities

• Build/Wire Main Breaker Units and perform mechanical assembly.
• Assemble overall structure, install copper, and prepare for testing and shipping.
• Install and wire electrical devices per bill of materials and schematics.
• Maintain build schedule and escalate production issues.
• Uphold a safe working environment and follow supervisor guidance.
