As an Assembler I, you will work hands-on across the trailer manufacturing process, using hand and power tools to prepare materials, assemble components, install parts, and help bring finished trailers to life.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications.
• Operate a range of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high quality and accuracy in production tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools to assemble trailers per specs.
• Position and fasten parts using bolts, rivets, and fasteners.
• Inspect work to ensure trailers meet quality requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and cooperate with team goals.
• Overtime may be required to meet production needs.
