Job summary

ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota Inc. in North Mankato is looking for a Weekend Assembler to join our assembly team. You will fasten parts, read engineering prints, and test sub-assemblies, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.

The role offers a 36-hour workweek paid as 40 hours, Friday–Sunday 5:30 am–6 pm, with a $1.50-per-hour weekend differential and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for this full-time position. Must lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 35 lbs regularly.
• Able to read and understand simple English instructions.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office is desirable.
• Able to operate a computer and other electronic equipment.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic with measurements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts per print; fasten with bolts, screws, or clips.
• Use routing sheets, fixtures, and test benches during assembly.
• Test assembled products and sub-assemblies per specifications.
• Identify discrepancies in parts or documentation.
• Package and move products to the backflushing area.
