Job summary

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to carry out repairs and maintenance for City Mission’s apartments and program buildings.
• Maintain building grounds and assist with snow removal, following safety procedures.
• Perform janitorial duties as needed, including cleaning interior spaces, lounges, bathrooms, floors, carpets, offices, stairs, walkways, elevators and laundry areas.
