Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plating machinery, tanks, rectifiers, and equipment according to schedules and procedures.
• Diagnose malfunctions and assist in troubleshooting to identify root causes.
• Perform basic repairs and adjustments on plating equipment complying with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Technician I and III to support development and efficiency.
• Assist in equipment installations, disassembly, and assembly tasks as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, work orders, logs, and inventory records.
• Participate in training sessions to develop technical skills and stay current with best practices.
• Support senior technicians in identifying upgrade opportunities to improve efficiency and safety.
• Follow safety guidelines to create a safe working environment for all.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and proper storage of tools.
