Role Overview:

As a Weekend and On Call Caregiver at Assisting Hands North Austin, you will be responsible for providing personalized, non-medical support services to our clients, enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that individuals receive the compassionate care they deserve. Whether you work full-time, part-time, or on-call, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule while making a meaningful difference in our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate care to clients, assisting with daily living activities.
2. Support clients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
3. Engage clients in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
4. Document care provided and report any significant changes in a client's condition.
5. Work collaboratively with the caregiving team to ensure quality care and consistent communication.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
2. Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others.
3. Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
5. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is for overnight and daytime weekend shifts. We have both Part-time and Full-time available.

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in Pflugerville, Texas.
