The Blossoms at White River Rehab & Nursing Center in Newport, Arkansas seeks an experienced Charge Nurse to lead the night shift. Open to LPNs and RNs, this full-time role offers 12-hour night shifts, Baylor options, and competitive hourly pay based on license and experience.

You will perform rounds, pass medications, supervise CNAs, and respond to condition changes while coordinating with physicians. Active Arkansas or compact LPN or RN license and long-term care experience preferred.

Job description

The Blossoms at White River Rehab & Nursing Center -

Pay: $22–$29.50 per hour, based on license and experience

LPN: $22–$24.50 per hour · RN: $27–$29.50 per hour
plus $1 per hour on nights
Weekend option: work 12 hours each Saturday and Sunday of the pay period and earn an extra $3 per hour (LPN) or $5 per hour (RN)
$75 attendance bonus on every paycheck when you qualify
PRN pool: LPN $32, RN $40 per hour flat, no benefits or shift differential

Schedule

• 12 hour shift
• Night shift (6p–6a)
• Baylor schedule available
• Full-time preferred; part-time and PRN welcome

Lead the night shift as Charge Nurse at The Blossoms at White River Rehab & Nursing Center in Newport. LPNs and RNs are both welcome.
