Job summary
The Blossoms in Van Buren, AR, is seeking a Charge Nurse (LPN or RN) for our rehab and nursing center. Both LPNs and RNs are welcome, with full-time preferred and part-time and PRN options available.
Lead your hall, pass medications, assess residents and guide CNAs, while keeping physicians and families informed. Evening and night shift differential applies. Arkansas license required; LTC experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Active Arkansas or compact LPN or RN license.
- Long-term care experience preferred; new grads welcome.
Responsibilities

Compensation: $27.00 - $31.00 / hour
Pay: $27–$31 per hour, based on license and experience
LPN: $27–$28 per hour RN: $30–$31 per hour plus $1 per hour on evening and night shifts
Weekend differential: an extra $2 per hour from Friday 10p to Monday 6a
PRN: LPN $32, RN $40 per hour flat, no benefits or shift differential
