Job summary

The Blossoms at White Hall is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse for weekend Baylor shifts with flexible pay options. You will lead the nursing team, administer medications, and ensure high-quality resident care across 7a–7p and 7p–7a rotations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending the English language.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school/college with CPR certification.
• Willingness to participate in in-service training upon request.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications accurately and promptly, following physician's orders.
• Provide emergency care as needed, ensuring resident safety.
• Manage medication and supply availability, ensuring timely procurement.
• Supervise and support fellow team members to maintain high care standards.
• Monitor and document treatment and medication effectiveness.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
