Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking Merchandisers to stock beverages in retail accounts, ensuring shelves, end caps, and displays are filled and rotated for freshness. You will monitor product codes and rotate stock to maintain quality.

Responsibilities include building and adjusting displays, managing backroom inventory via FIFO practices, and coordinating with store managers. The role requires reliability, basic computer skills, and vehicle access for daily travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; 1 year related experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products in store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers by transporting product between backroom/storage room to the sales floor with a manual or powered equipment.
• Build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards; maintain product signage and cleaning space.
• Manage backroom by organizing products and reporting inventory levels with the store's account manager; use FIFO methods.
• Evaluate and process damaged product and weekly rotation of stock; complete required paperwork.
• Communicate with team and store personnel; provide recap pictures for accounts after servicing.
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers.
