Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living is seeking an Activities Assistant/Driver for a part-time role in Peoria, AZ. The position supports resident activity programs and may involve driving company vehicles.

Schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 8:30am–4:30pm, non-exempt, with benefits for those over 24 hours. Responsibilities include organizing activities across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, coordinating with departments, and preparing monthly activity calendars tailored to resident

Qualifications

• Demonstrates Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness and Respect.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Experience or ability to engage senior residents in activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing resident activity programs.
• Conduct activities per Life Enrichment Coordinator guidance.
• Organize community activities for living, memory care, and independent living groups.
• Coordinate activities with other departments and communicate with families.
