• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, employees, and visitors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and control access to the location, verify credentials, and maintain access records.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies according to site procedures and notify the appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas to identify unusual activity.
• Report suspicious activity and maintenance concerns to site management.
