Job description

Weekend Fabrication Painter

As a Weekend Fabrication Painter, you will operate and maintain fabrication equipment used in producing high-quality refrigeration products. We offer benefits such as a 5% employer match on 6% employee contributions to 401(k), a pay review after 3 months, holiday pay, up to 40 hours of paid vacation in the first year, health insurance starting the month after hire, and a monthly production bonus of up to one dollar per hour worked for reaching production targets.

Shift Available:

• Friday to Sunday, 5:00 am - 5:30 pm (12-hour shifts)

No experience required. We will train you! Experienced operators with 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience may be offered up to $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and report safety hazards.
• Perform painting tasks using knowledge of wet or powder paints, including blending, mixing, and applying paint with spray guns.
• Prepare surfaces by washing, cleaning, taping, and hanging parts.
• Follow work orders for preparing parts, baking in ovens, and setting temperatures and times.
• Inspect parts after baking for assembly readiness.
• Move objects up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
