This weekday-only role features no holidays, weekends, or on-call duties and supports a high-quality ambulatory surgical care environment.

The position provides support across admissions, scheduling, accounts payable, patient communications, chart preparation, and payment posting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Two or more years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of medical insurance, patient registration, and collections processes.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify insurance and collect financial responsibilities.
• Provide support to various business office functions as needed.
• Assist patient admissions, scheduling, accounts payable, patient communications, chart preparation, and payment posting.
• Maintain patient records with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
