UniFirst is seeking an enthusiastic Production Supervisor to lead our production team at the Hammond facility. You will supervise production flow, support training, and promote safety while aligning with company policies and goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2-4 years related experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record required
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Good verbal and written communications skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production process flow
• Support training of plant personnel
• Support overall morale and safety at the location
• Report operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems as they arise
• Support production data entry and report review
• Support management of inventory
• Work with Production Management to address team partner concerns
• Other tasks as assigned
