UniFirst, a leading apparel services company, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead our production team and drive top-level performance. You will supervise operations, support training, and ensure safety while aligning with company policies and goals.

The role includes cross-training opportunities and weekend-off expectations on a 5-day work week. The position emphasizes team morale, data entry accuracy, and effective communication with management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two-year degree from an accredited college preferred.
• 2–4 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to apply basic math and concepts.
• Good verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production process flow.
• Support training of plant personnel.
• Support overall morale and safety at the location.
• Report operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems as they arise.
• Support production data entry and report review.
• Support management of inventory.
• Work with Production Management to address team partner concerns.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
