Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the production team and drive performance on the plant floor. You will supervise operations in line with directives from management and support training, morale, and safety across the location.

The role includes cross-training, data entry, and inventory support, with a 40-hour week and weekend time off. UniFirst emphasizes growth and internal promotion for team partners.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• 2–4 years related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs; basic math skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production process flow.
• Assist in training plant personnel.
• Support morale and safety at the location.
• Report operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues.
• Assist with production data entry and report review.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Collaborate with Production Management on team concerns.
