Job summary

Baylor Surgicare at Oakmont in Oakmont, TX, is hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our surgical team. The position is weekdays only with no holidays, weekends, nights, or calls, offering a stable schedule in a high-quality ambulatory setting.

As part of USPI partnerships, the technologist will scrub for procedures, maintain a sterile field, prepare supplies and equipment, and support quality improvement initiatives across ENT, General Surgery, Orthopedics and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and completed Surgical Technician program.
• State certification required by the center/state.
• Ambulatory surgical center experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and patient care.
• Ability to work effectively within a surgical team.

Responsibilities

• Scrub for surgical procedures and maintain a sterile field.
• Prepare supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Support quality improvement activities and team goals.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff across surgical specialties.
