The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, providing exceptional customer support for walk-in clients, and accurately handling equipment scans, pulls, and prep orders with meticulous attention to detail. Weekend hours are Fri-Mon 8am–7pm.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Willing to work long hours including weekends during high demand

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support for walk-in customers
• Load and unload trucks safely
• Scan-in equipment, by order, in compliance with Rentex policy and procedure
• Check for missing equipment and report on findings
• Count cables and miscellaneous items
• Double-check anything requiring a signature
• Follow direction of the department leader and managers
• Reshelve equipment that does not require quality Control (QC)
• Pull and prep orders with excellence and high attention to detail
• Maintain safe, organized, and clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance
• Comply with written and posted company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
