Job summary

Rentex Computer & Audio Visual Rentals in Bensenville, IL seeks a Weekend Warehouse Associate to support inbound/outbound operations Thursday through Monday. This is an entry-level role focused on accuracy, safety, and customer-ready equipment handling.

You will load/unload trucks, scan equipment, count items, and prep orders with attention to detail, while rotating through warehouse departments as needed. Must lift up to 50 pounds and complete the shift from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from high school or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of computer and office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support for walk-in customers
• Load and unload trucks safely
• Scan-in equipment, by order, in compliance with Rentex policy and procedure
• Check for missing equipment and report on findings
• Count cables and miscellaneous items
• Double-check anything requiring a signature
• Follow direction of the department leader and managers
• Reshelve equipment that does not require quality Control (QC)
• Pull and prep orders with excellence and high attention to detail
• Maintain safe, organized, and clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance
• Comply with written and posted company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
