Job summary

Quality Bicycle Products (QBP) is hiring a Warehouse Associate (DC Flex) to operate with advanced robotics, pick, pack, and replenish products, and ensure accurate inventory and shipping. Training is provided to all new hires, and a supportive, collaborative team environment awaits.

• Pay or shift range: $17 USD to $18.19 USD
  Flagg Bicycle Group (Quality Bicycle Products, Workstand, Wheel Mfg and Terry Precision Cycling) approaches pay in an ethical and transparent way. Pay ranges are assigned to a job based on market data from 3rd party salary benchmark data as well as balancing internal equity of other roles with similar levels of responsibility. What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Associate (DC Flex), your role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Success in this role depends on your ability to show up ready to work, contribute to a positive environment, and meet our high standards. Here's what your responsibilities will include:

Work with advanced robotics to pick, pack, and replenish products.
Ensure accuracy and efficiency using innovative technology.
Prepare shipments with care by labeling boxes, adding pack slips, and inspecting items for quality.
Assist with tasks like truck loading, cycle counts, and receiving inventory.

Warehouse Organization & Maintenance (~15%)

Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
Safely operate hand jacks and other equipment.

Work closely with teammates to solve problems and improve workflows.
Contribute to a respectful and inclusive workplace culture where everyone succeeds.

What We’re Looking For

Technology Skills: Familiarity with RF devices and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is helpful but not required.
