Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position at our 155-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in North Carolina. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.

Applicants must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and possess relevant experience. We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state license or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, preferably in a SNF setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Provide direct therapy services to patients including various therapies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
