Carolina Therapy Services, Inc. in New Bern, NC is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our PRN team in a skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders under ASHA guidelines and physician direction.

This role offers a supportive team, flexible PRN scheduling, and the chance to contribute to a network of facilities while delivering patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Formación

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current North Carolina SLP license.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
