Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate helps ensure store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate and easy for customers to locate. You create product displays that are safe, visually appealing, and accessible across the sales floor.

Most work centers on merchandising tasks with occasional customer interaction. You’ll listen to customers, answer questions, and help locate merchandise. Weekend shifts may be required at some locations.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and projects per Lowe’s specs and provide proof of completion for tasks.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and maintain this information.
• Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace missing price labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and ensuring proper display placement.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
