Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to connect Merchandising and Store Operations, building eye-catching displays and implementing strategies that showcase in-demand products in our stores.

You will ensure signage, pricing and displays are accurate, assist customers when needed, and contribute to a safe, organized shopping environment. The role supports flexible, part-time schedules and offers benefits.

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Clear verbal communication with customers and team members.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage across the store.
• Ensure product pricing is visible and labels are present.
• Assist in staging clearance products to drive add-on sales.
• Repair/replace damaged signage, merchandise and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedules, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
