Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to help create eye-catching displays, maintain accurate signage and pricing, and support store operations. You will spend time building displays, updating planograms, and assisting customers when the opportunity arises.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Use web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage and maintain this information digitally.
• Confirm product pricing is clearly visible and replace missing labels.
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products and organizing displays.
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items including signage and displays.
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leadership.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
