Job summary

Skilled Wound Care, a premier national physician group, is hiring Bariatric Surgeons in El Paso, TX to work as wound care physicians and lead wound care initiatives across skilled nursing facilities.

This no-call Bariatric Surgeon role offers clinical autonomy outside the high-pressure hospital environment, with pay structures including per-patient and per-procedure pay plus bonuses. Full- or part-time options available.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Surgical and bedside debridement and other bedside procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols.
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and the post-acute setting, where you follow patients through healing.
