Job summary

Actikare is seeking compassionate caregivers, CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants), or HCAs (Home Care Aides) to care for seniors in Seattle. We urgently hire for weekday morning, 4-hour shifts and require a licensed, insured driver.

Our team provides companionship, daily living support, and in-home care to enhance clients' well-being and independence at home. Caregivers enjoy competitive pay, benefits including health/vision/dental, PTO, sick leave, flexible hours, and free continuing education

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HCA certification WA, or in training.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks.
• U.S. work authorization required.
• Excellent communication and bedside manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and supportive care to clients.
• Assist clients with ambulation, mobility, and daily activities.
• Help with personal care, hygiene, dressing and daily tasks.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report incidents to agency, medical professionals and family.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
