Aurora Medical Group (AMG) in Franklin, WI is seeking a Medical Assistant/LPN to join our Occupational Medicine clinic. The role supports providers, greets patients, and helps ensure a smooth, compassionate patient journey during visits from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekends.

The position offers competitive pay and benefits eligibility. Candidates must have MA or LPN qualifications as specified, BLS certification within 45 days, and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification or willingness to obtain within 45 days
• LPN license issued by state where practicing
• MA: completion of an accredited/approved program or 2 years full-time MA experience in last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and support transition into care.
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories and health screenings.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
• Perform lab tasks including specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
• Document care accurately in the EHR.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and teammates to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
