Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc. is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, Monday–Friday role. The position serves two nearby Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, with a consistent rotating schedule across locations, and no night or on-call shifts.

You will provide direct nursing care, manage medications, support care planning, and collaborate with caregivers and leadership to ensure safe, personalized resident care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.
• Attention to detail and sound clinical judgment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and assessments.
• Monitor resident health and communicate changes to the care team.
• Assist in developing and updating personalized care plans.
• Support residents with memory care through patience and engagement.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Mentor and support caregivers and new staff.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
