Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care of King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties in Woodinville is hiring immediately for reliable caregivers. We offer 4-hour shifts on weekdays and require a licensed and insured driver.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington or proof of enrollment in training.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks.
• Must read, write, and follow directions in English.
• U.S. work authorization (Mandatory).
• Reliable and punctual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, respectful with a good bedside manner.
• Physical endurance to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and supportive care to clients.

Job Summary

Caregiver Compensation and Benefits

Caregiver / Home Care Aid (HCA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

• Provide pleasant and supportive companionship
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and other daily living tasks
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals
• Prepare for clients
• Report any unusual incidents to agency, medical professionals, and family members
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiver Requirements

• Active CNA or HCA certification with the state of Washington - or proof of completion or current enrollment in training program
• Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation

• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English
