Job summary

Blue Ash Endoscopy Center is seeking a dedicated Endoscopy Technician to join our care team in Cincinnati. The position involves assisting physicians during GI and PAIN procedures, preparing and maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean, organized GI suite.

The role requires a high school diploma and relevant certifications, a strong patient-service mindset, and the ability to work weekdays with occasional evenings. Competitive salary and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Medical assistant certification, CNA, PCT or STNA preferred.
• Certification in Operating Room Technology a plus.
• Current BLS required.
• ACLS preferred.
• Knowledge of policies and procedures specific to OR and GI.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Must be a team player and able to work in a fast-paced OR/GI environment.

Responsibilities

• Render professional care to patients undergoing GI and PAIN procedures.
• Prepare equipment and anticipate physician and patient needs.
• Maintain the GI procedure area and equipment; clean as required.
• Assist in Preop and Recovery, turn over bays, discharge patients, and stock supplies.
• Document intra-procedure notes and collaborate with physicians.
• Ensure compliance with Center policies and safety procedures.
