Alternative Services – Oregon, Inc. (ASI-OR) is hiring a Direct Support Professional for day support and community inclusion programs.

You will help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities participate in community activities, learn new skills, and reach personal goals in a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm schedule. We offer competitive pay at $21.00/hour plus Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement Plan, Life Insurance, PTO, Paid Training, Holiday Overtime, and On-Demand Pay.

Qualifications

• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to support others.
• Comfort working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Willingness to learn person-centered and behavior support strategies.

Responsabilités

• Support individuals during community outings and in day support activities.
• Assist with recreational and social activities to promote participation and skills.
• Provide personal care, mobility support, transportation, and documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with a team to maintain a safe, respectful daytime program environment.
