Alternative Services – Oregon, Inc. (ASI-OR) seeks a full-time Direct Support Professional to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in day support and community inclusion programs.

The workweek is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, offering consistent daytime hours and engaging community-based tasks. Salary is $21.00/hour with a benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement Plan, Life Insurance, PTO, Paid Training, Holiday Overtime, and On-Demand Pay.

Qualifications

• Supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Demonstrates compassion, patience, and respect in daily interactions.
• Maintains accurate documentation and clear communication with the team and families.

Responsabilités

• Support individuals during community outings to parks, libraries, and local venues.
• Assist with recreational and social activities such as crafts, games, and group programs.
• Help participants develop daily living and social skills.
• Provide transportation support and document progress and needs.
• Encourage independence and participation aligned with each person's goals.
• Receive training in person-centered and behavior support strategies.
