Job summary

Gourmet Gang, the deli division of Trolley Hospitality Companies in Richmond, VA, seeks team members for a part-time, weekday schedule (Mon-Fri, 10:00am–2:00pm). You’ll provide friendly customer service, assist with food prep, and handle basic POS transactions at the James Center deli location.

Base pay ranges from $14–$15 per hour, with tip pool bringing average earnings to $16–$18 per hour. Opportunities include shift meals, EAP, and 401k eligibility after 1,000 hours.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in food service.
• Food prep experience to assist kitchen operations.
• Experience running a cash register preferred.
• Good verbal communication and reliability required.
