Qualifications

Extremely reliable and consistently on time.
Active, energetic, patient, and engaging.
Comfortable providing community-based support.
A safe and responsible driver.
Knowledgeable about diabetes or willing and able to follow required protocols.
Comfortable following seizure safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Accompany him on community outings, activities, events, walks, and shopping trips
Help build independence through everyday activities and life skills
Provide transportation to activities and locations throughout the community
Assist with diabetes-related devices and needs
Follow established seizure protocols if needed
Provide consistent, engaging, person-centered support
