Job summary

Ameriwell Care in Camden County, NJ is seeking a friendly Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to a 25-year-old male in the community. This part-time role involves helping him participate in music lessons and local activities.

You will drive to activities, encourage independence, provide positive companionship, and complete required documentation. Schedule is approximately 3 days per week with a few hours each day.

Qualifications

• Must be energetic and able to engage a person in activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills for one-on-one support.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive to activities.
• Experience with DSP/IDD settings preferred.

Ameriwell Care is seeking a friendly, energetic Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to a 25-year-old male in Camden County, NJ.

Schedule: Approximately 3 days per week, a few hours per day.

The individual enjoys music lessons and community activities and is looking for a DSP who can help him get out of the house, stay active, and participate in activities he enjoys.

What We're Looking For:

• Moderate to high energy
• Friendly, encouraging, and engaging personality
• Comfortable motivating and encouraging the individual to participate in activities
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive
• Dependable and comfortable providing one-on-one community support
• DSP/IDD experience preferred

Responsibilities:
