Job summary

The Carolina Inn in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Part Time Housekeeper to join our assisted living team. You will perform daily cleaning, sanitizing resident areas, and laundry tasks to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms and common areas, reporting maintenance needs, and following safety guidelines to protect residents. Availability Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:00pm with every other weekend may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or related experience/training.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Flexibility to work weekdays and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of rooms, common areas, dining rooms, and bathrooms.
• Dust, mop, vacuum, disinfect, and sanitize to ensure hygiene.
• Report equipment or product needs promptly.
• Use cleaning solutions safely per safety guidelines.
• Prepare rooms for new occupants and assist with laundry as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations to protect residents.
• Complete discharge cleanings and maintain a welcoming environment.
