Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care - Bellevue, WA is hiring a CNA/HCA/Caregiver to provide in-home support in Bellevue. The position is part-time with a daytime schedule 9:00 AM–2:00 PM and pay ranging from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour based on experience and assignment.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, transportation to appointments, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and observation/reporting of client conditions.

Qualifications

• CNA/HCA credential required per position.
• CPR certification as required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform physical caregiving duties.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
• Support safe mobility and ambulation for the client.
• Drive client to appointments and errands.
• Help client enter/exit vehicle and prepare meals.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with exercises.
• Offer companionship and engage client in activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and keep home safe and comfortable.
• Observe changes in client’s condition and report to family.

Are you a compassionate and dependable caregiver who enjoys helping others live safely and comfortably in their own homes? Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is looking for a caring CNA, HCA, or Caregiver to provide personalized in-home support for a client in Bellevue, Washington.

POSITION DETAILS

• Location: Bellevue, WA
• Schedule: Daily, 7 days a week
• Hours: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Position: Part-time
• Pay: $21.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience and assignment
• Driver required: Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a caregiver, you'll help the client maintain independence, comfort, and quality of life through compassionate, personalized care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with personal care, bathing, dressing, and hygiene as needed.
• Supporting safe mobility and ambulation.
• Driving the client to medical appointments, errands, shopping, and other activities.
• Helping the client safely enter and exit the vehicle.
• Preparing meals and providing support with daily routines.
• Providing medication reminders as directed.
• Assisting with prescribed exercises and activities.
• Offering companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Performing light housekeeping and keeping the home safe and comfortable.
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition.
• Communicating with the family and care team as needed.
• Following the client's care plan and responding appropriately to emergencies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Washington State CNA or HCA credential, as applicable to the position.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification, as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable attitude.
• Ability to work independently and follow care instructions.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Basic meal preparation and housekeeping abilities.
• Ability to perform the physical duties required for caregiving.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check and reference verification.
